
When pressing with a finger on the belt in the middle between the pulleys of the auxiliary drive and the compressor with a force of about 10 kgf, the belt deflection should be 5–8 mm.
To tension the belt…

…using a 14 mm open-end wrench, loosen the tension roller axle mounting nut.

Turn the adjusting bolt clockwise with a spanner or a 12 mm socket to tighten the belt.
After tensioning the belt, tighten the tension roller axle mounting nut. To replace the belt, loosen its tension by turning the adjusting bolt counterclockwise while loosening the tension roller axle mounting nut.

We remove the belt from the tension roller.

We remove the belt from the pulleys.
We install the belt and the engine compartment mudguard in the reverse order.
