
1. Coolant temperature gauge.
Warning. When the needle moves into the red zone of the scale, it indicates that the engine coolant is overheating. In this case, further movement of the vehicle is prohibited. The vehicle must be delivered to an authorized dealer to determine and eliminate the cause of the coolant overheating.
2. Tachometer. Indicates the engine crankshaft speed.
Attention. The red zone of the scale with hatching indicates the engine operating mode with increased crankshaft speed, the solid red zone of the scale indicates a speed mode that is dangerous for the engine and must not be exceeded.
3. Left-hand turn signal indicator light. Flashes green when the left-hand turn signal is turned on.
4. Right-side turn signal indicator light. Flashes green when the right-side turn signal is on.
5. Speedometer.
6. Fuel level indicator.
7. Fuel reserve indicator lamp. Lights up orange when there are 4 to 6.5 liters of gasoline left in the fuel tank.
8. Side light indicator lamp. Lights up green when the outside lights are turned on.
9. Warning lamp for emergency condition of the service brake system. Lights up red when the fluid level in the brake hydraulic drive reservoir drops below the "MIN" mark, and also when the starter is turned on to check the serviceability of the lamp itself.
Attention. It is prohibited to operate the vehicle with the emergency brake system warning light constantly on.
10. High beam indicator lamp. Lights up blue when the high beam headlights are turned on.
11. Button for resetting the daily mileage counter, switching the time display, ambient air temperature and on-board voltage.
12. Mileage indicator. The top line of the indicator shows the total mileage of the car, and the bottom line is the daily counter of the distance traveled. Reset the daily counter by holding button 11 down for more than 3 seconds with the car stopped. Resetting the daily counter also occurs when removing the terminal from the battery.
13. Hazard warning light indicator. Lights up with a red flashing light when the hazard warning light is on.
14. Check Engine Light. When the ignition is turned on, the light briefly lights up to indicate that the system is self-testing. If there is no fault, the light goes out after the engine is started.
Attention. If any defect is detected in the system, the lamp lights up continuously. What to do if the lamp lights up is described in the section "Operation of the vehicle".
15. On-board time, temperature and voltage indicator. Switching between the time display, the ambient temperature display and the on-board voltage display is performed by briefly pressing the button 11. When the ignition is switched on at ambient temperatures above +2°C, the clock indicator always appears. When the ambient temperature drops to +2°C, the indicator flashes the clock for 3 seconds, and then switches to the temperature display, which is displayed in flashing mode for the first 10 seconds. When the outside temperature rises above +3°C and then decreases again to +2°C: in the case of a clock display, the indicator automatically switches to the temperature display, which is displayed in flashing mode for the first 10 seconds. if the temperature is indicated, its normal mode is interrupted by a ten-second flashing mode. The hours and minutes are set in the time display mode by turning the button 11 in the direction of the signs "h" - hours and "m" - minutes. After removing the terminal from the battery and then restoring the connection, the time is counted from zero.
16. Battery charge indicator lamp. Lights up red when the ignition is turned on and goes out after the engine starts.
Attention. If the lamp lights up when the engine is running, it means that the vehicle's electrical system is not working properly and indicates a faulty battery charging system, loose or broken alternator drive belt, or a faulty alternator itself. In this case, contact your GM-AVTOVAZ dealer.
17. Parking brake indicator light. Lights up red when the parking brake is engaged.
18. Low oil pressure indicator light. Lights up red when the ignition is turned on and goes out after the engine starts.
Attention. When the engine is running, a continuously lit indicator lamp indicates insufficient pressure in the engine lubrication system. Further operation of the vehicle with a lit indicator lamp is prohibited. In this case, it is necessary to deliver the vehicle to the dealer "GM - AVTOVAZ".
