Removal procedure
1. Disconnect the cable from the negative battery terminal.
2. Pry up the glass of the interior light by inserting a screwdriver into the recess along the edge of the glass.
3. Loosen the screws and remove the interior light housing from the interior headlining.
4. Disconnect the electrical connector.
5. Remove the lamp.
Installation procedure
1. Install the replacement lamp.
2. Connect the electrical connector.
Note: Direct contact of dissimilar metals may result in rapid corrosion. Use proper fasteners to avoid premature corrosion.
3. Install the interior light housing into the interior headlining using screws.
Tighten
Tighten the interior light screws to 2 Nm (18 lbs.in).
4. Install the interior light glass onto the housing.
5. Connect the cable to the negative terminal of the battery.
