Rear wiper arm (Chevrolet Captiva 1)

Removal procedure

1. Unscrew the protective cap of the rear wiper arm, covering the wiper arm nut.

2. Unscrew the rear wiper arm nut.

3. Lift the rear wiper arm assembly off the rear window and remove the wiper from the pivot shaft.

Installation procedure

1. Position the wiper blade assembly on the black strip as shown in the figure.

2. Tighten the rear wiper arm nut.

Tighten

Tighten the nut to 22 Nm (16 lb-ft).

3. Tighten the protective cap of the rear wiper arm.

4. Turn on the windshield wipers and make sure they work properly.
