Rear Window Wiper Motor — Removal and Installation (Chevrolet Tahoe 1)

1. Disconnect the battery from ground.

2. Move the brush away from the rear window, insert the 0.125-inch (3.75 mm) drill bit into the lever hole to remove the retainer, and remove the brush lever. Remove the washer hose from the lever.

3. Remove the motor cover by unscrewing the screws.

4. Disconnect the connector from the electric motor.

5. Unscrew the electric motor mounting bolts, remove the washers, spacer bushings and nuts.

6. Remove the wiper motor from the rear window.

7. Installation is carried out in reverse order.
