The forward movement of front seat passengers is slowed, thereby significantly reducing the risk of injury to the upper body and head.
Warning: Optimum protection is only provided if the seat is adjusted to the correct position. See Seat position.
There must be no obstacles in the area where the airbag deploys. The seat belts must be tightened correctly. Only then can you count on airbag protection.
