A - New belt

B - Low wear belt: few cracks, slight wear of ribs and grooves. Replacement is not necessary.

C - Belt with high wear rate: significant cracks of approx. 30 mm. Must be replaced before pieces of material start to come off from the belt base.

D - Belt failure: The rib material is torn away from the base. Replace the belt immediately.
