Removal and installation the washer reservoir (Chevrolet Cruze J300)

You will need: a 10 mm wrench and a flat-blade screwdriver.

1. Disconnect the wire from the negative terminal of the battery.

2. Remove the front left wheel arch liner (see "Removal and installation mudguards").

3. Disconnect the washer hose from the electric pump fitting (see "Replacing the washer pump").

4. Remove the washer hose...

5. ...and the wiring harness from the slots of the washer reservoir.

6. Unscrew the washer reservoir mounting nuts.

7. Lift the filler neck of the washer reservoir and disconnect it from the bracket.

8. Remove the tank.

9. Install the washer reservoir and all removed parts in the reverse order of removal.
