The brake disc thickness must be at least 22.0 mm. If the brake disc has cracks, scratches deeper than 0.4 mm, waviness or other damage, it must be replaced.
The front brake discs should be replaced in pairs, and the brake pads must also be replaced.
We remove the front wheel and securely fix the car on a factory-made stand.
We turn the steering wheel to the limit in the direction on which the disk is being removed.

Using a 19 mm open-end wrench, unscrew the two bolts securing the brake shoe guide to the steering knuckle.

We remove the brake pad guide with the caliper assembly from the brake disc (without disconnecting the brake hose from the caliper)…

…and we tie a knot on the cord to the shock absorber spring so that the brake hose is not stretched.
Using a wire brush, clean dirt and corrosion from the head of the screw that secures the brake disc to the front wheel hub.

Using a Phillips-head impact screwdriver, unscrew the screw that secures the brake disc to the front wheel hub…

…and remove the disk from the hub.

The minimum permissible disc thickness (22 mm) is indicated on the inside of the disc.
We install the front wheel brake disc in the reverse order.
