If the brake disc has cracks, scratches deeper than 0.4 mm, waviness or other damage, it must be replaced.
The front brake discs should be replaced in pairs, and the brake pads must also be replaced.
We remove the front wheel and securely fix the car on a factory-made stand.
We turn the steering wheel to the limit in the direction on which the disk is being removed.
Remove the brake pads (see Replacing the brake pads of the front wheels).

Using a 10 mm Allen key, unscrew the two screws securing the brake shoe guide to the steering knuckle.

We remove the brake pad guide assembly from the brake disc together with the caliper…

…and tie them with wire or cord to the front suspension spring to avoid tension on the brake hose.
Using a wire brush, clean dirt and corrosion from the head of the screw that secures the brake disc to the front wheel hub.

Using a Phillips screwdriver, unscrew the screw that secures the brake disc to the front wheel hub..

…and remove the disk from the hub.
We install the front wheel brake disc in the reverse order.
If the brake disc is replaced with a new one, the brake pads should also be replaced.
As a result, the thickness of the brake disc package with brake pads will increase compared to the old parts.
Therefore, before installing the brake pad guide assembly, the caliper will need to be pressed into the cylinder (see Replacing the brake pads of the front wheels)
