We show the replacement of the brake hose of the left rear wheel.
Similarly, we change the brake hose of the right rear wheel.
Before unscrewing the brake pipe fittings from the hose tips, use a metal brush to clean the connection points from dirt and corrosion and apply a penetrating liquid to them, such as GANK.

Using a special 10 mm wrench for brake pipe fittings, unscrew the brake pipe fitting from the lower end of the hose, holding it with a 19 mm wrench.

We remove the tip of the tube from the hole in the hose tip.

We move the hose tip retainer with a mounting blade…

…and we take it off.

We remove the hose tip from the bracket hole.
There is a chamfer on the tip of the hose, and accordingly, the hole in the bracket follows the shape of the tip.

Using a special 10 mm wrench for brake pipe fittings, unscrew the brake pipe fitting from the upper end of the hose, holding it with a 19 mm wrench.

Using a screwdriver against the bottom of the car body, we move the hose tip retainer and remove it.
We remove the hose tip from the bracket hole..

…and remove the brake hose from the left rear wheel.
We install the brake hose of the left rear wheel in the reverse order.
When installing the hose, make sure that it does not twist.
For this purpose, a red longitudinal stripe is applied to the hose.
After installation, bleed the hydraulic drive of the brake system (see Bleeding the hydraulic brake system).
