After a run of over 120 thousand.
km or 5 years of vehicle operation (whichever comes first) it is advisable to carry out a forced replacement of the hoses of both front wheel brake mechanisms.
We remove the front wheel and securely fix the car on a factory-made stand.

Penetrating liquid
Before unscrewing the brake pipe fitting from the upper end of the hose, use a metal brush to clean the place where they are connected from dirt and corrosion and apply a penetrating liquid to it.

Using a special 10 mm wrench for brake pipe fittings, unscrew the brake pipe fitting, holding the upper end of the hose with a 19 mm wrench.

We disconnect the tube from the hose.
To avoid brake fluid leaks, place a rubber cap on the brake bleed nipple on the end of the tube.

Using a screwdriver, move the locking bracket of the brake hose tip…

…and we take it off.

Using a 12 mm socket, unscrew the bolt that secures the lower end of the brake hose to the caliper.

Remove the front brake hose.

The connection of the lower end of the front brake hose is sealed with two copper washers.
We install the front wheel brake hose in the reverse order, replacing the two copper washers.
When installing the hose, make sure that it does not twist.
For this purpose, a red longitudinal stripe is applied to the hose.
We bleed the hydraulic drive of the brake system (see Bleeding the hydraulic brake system).
