Removal procedure
1. Raise and secure the vehicle.
2. Disconnect the brake pipe from the brake hose.

3. Remove the brake hose retaining clip and remove the brake hose from the bracket.

4. Remove the brake from the rear upper control arm.

5. Disconnect the rear brake hose from the caliper.

Installation procedure
1. Install the rear brake hose onto the caliper.
Tighten
Tighten the rear brake hose-to-caliper bolt to 32 N·m (24 lb-ft).

2. Install the rear brake hose to the rear upper control arm.

3. Connect the rear wheel brake pipe to the brake hose and install the hose retainer clip.
Tighten
Tighten the brake pipe fasteners to 16 N·m (12 lb-ft).
4. Lower the car.
5. Bleed the brake system. See "Bleeding the hydraulic brake system (Manual)" in this section.
6. Check the brake system for leaks.
