Removal procedure



1. Release the parking brake lever.

2. Remove the parking brake/shift lever console cover. See section 9G, "Interior Trim".

3. Measure the length of the thread from the end of the rod to the nut and remove the nut.

2. Install the parking brake cable bracket mounting bolts to the underbody.

Tighten
