2. To remove the front cable, loosen the adjusting nuts on the equalizer bar and disconnect the cable (see photo).

3. Remove the ball joint from the cable end of the axle on the parking brake pedal (see photo).

4. To remove the rear cable, unscrew the adjusting nuts on the equalizer bar (see photo). Unhook the compensator at the front of the cable and squeeze the cable sheath pins. Remove the mounting bracket and pull the cable out.

5. Remove the rear brake drum (see above). Disconnect the rear cable from the brake shoe actuator lever. Squeeze the cable sheath fingers and disconnect the cable from the brake shield.
6. Installation is carried out in reverse order. Adjust the parking brake (see above).
