2. Raise the rear of the vehicle and support it on stands. Release the parking brake pedal by pulling the release lever.
3. Apply the parking brake four clicks.
4. The cable tension adjuster is located near the frame, on the driver's side, just in front of the rear axle. While holding the end of the cable from turning with pliers, loosen the lock nut and tighten the adjusting nut until a slight resistance is felt when turning the rear wheels (see photo).

Caution! If the threads are rusty, moisten them with penetrating liquid.
5. Release the parking brake pedal and check that the rear wheels rotate freely.
6. Tighten the lock nut and remove the vehicle from the stands.
