- the vehicle's break-in period (first 1000 km mileage);
- the ability to eliminate any faults that arise at service stations at the manufacturer's expense.
During the warranty period it is recommended:
- strictly follow the rules for running in the car;
- carefully study the warranty obligations of the car manufacturer and the organization that sold you the car, and strictly comply with the warranty conditions on your part;
- during the initial period of operation, study the characteristic features of your car's operation in various modes (instrument readings in combination, noise during operation of units and vehicle movement, features of engine starting, gear shifting, etc.), to quickly identify emerging changes and correctly state claims when visiting a service station;
- to save your time, if the malfunctions that arise do not affect the safety of the vehicle, eliminate them at the same time as performing maintenance.
Carry out maintenance and repairs of the vehicle during the warranty period only at the manufacturer's certified maintenance facilities (MSF), the addresses of which are listed in the service book. The employees of the MSF are required to make notes in the service book coupons about the completion of maintenance and warranty repairs, indicating the work performed, otherwise the warranty for the vehicle will be voided.
In addition, the car owner loses warranty service in the following cases.
1. Violation of the instructions and requirements set out in the manufacturer's operating manual.
2. Failure to comply with the service intervals between scheduled maintenance specified in the service book.
3. Damage to the vehicle as a result of a traffic accident.
4. Independent removal and repair of vehicle components and assemblies during the warranty period.
5. Replacement of standard units and assemblies with those not provided for by the vehicle design.
6. Installation of additional equipment not recommended by the manufacturer.
7. Using the vehicle in racing or competition.
