Throttle Position Sensor (TPS, 3.1L) (Chevrolet Lumina 1)

31. Remove the two screws securing the TPS sensor to the holders and remove the sensor from the throttle body.

32. If you intend to reuse the same sensor, do not attempt to clean it by dipping it in any cleaning liquid or solvent. The TPS sensor is a sensitive device and can be damaged by solvents.

33. Install the sensor to the throttle body, aligning the TPS lever and TPS actuator lever.

34. Replace the two screws securing the TPS sensor to the bracket.

35. Install the air filter, adapter and gaskets.

36. Connect the wire to the battery.
