Left and center lock or seat belt for rear seat (folding seat) (Chevrolet Captiva 1)

Removal procedure

1. Remove the bolts and remove the front cargo floor compartment.



2. Fold the rear left seatback forward using the folding lever.



3. Release the seat lock by pushing the lever on both seat legs forward.

4. Fold the rear left seat assembly forward.



5. Loosen the bolt and remove the left seat belt buckle (or central seat belt).





6. Remove the screws and remove the seat belt buckle cover.



7. Loosen the bolt and remove the central seat belt lock (or seat belt).

Installation procedure

1. Fasten the seat belt buckle (or seat belt) bolt.

Tighten

Tighten the seat belt buckle mounting bolt to 38 N·m (28 lb-ft).



2. Install the seat panel using screws.



Tighten

Tighten the seat panel mounting screws to 3 N·m (27 lbs.in).



3. Reinstall the rear left seat assembly.

4. Install the front cargo floor compartment using bolts.
