Folding rear seat backrest (Chevrolet Aveo T200)

            0

The rear seat back consists of two sections. Both sections of the back can be folded independently of each other to increase the useful volume of the luggage compartment. In order to fold the left or right section of the back, lift up the locking button, which is located on top of the corresponding section, and lower the back onto the rear seat cushion.

To return a rear seatback section from the folded position to its normal position, bring it to the upright position and then press firmly backwards on the upper edge of the seatback until the lock engages. After returning the folding sections of the rear seatback to their normal position, make sure that each section of the seatback is securely locked. To do this, without touching the lock button, push the seatback section backwards, then pull its upper edge toward you. The seatback should remain in place. Make sure that the seat belts are not twisted or pinched between the folding sections of the seatback. Straighten the seat belts and place them in their places.

Warning: Do not place luggage or other loads above the level of the front seat backs. Otherwise, in the event of sudden braking or a traffic accident, these loads may come off and injure people in the car.

Do not allow passengers to sit on the folded rear seatback while the vehicle is moving.
