Diesel Particulate Filter (DPF) Pressure Sensor (Chevrolet Captiva 1)

Removal/installation procedure

1. Remove the air cleaner assembly. See Section 1B, "Engine Mechanical System - 2.0 Diesel".

2. Disconnect the negative battery cable.

3. Disconnect the diesel particulate filter (DPF) high pressure hoses.

4. Disconnect the diesel particulate filter (DPF) pressure sensor connector.

5. Loosen the diesel particulate filter (DPF) pressure sensor bracket bolt.

Tighten

Tighten the bracket bolt of the diesel particulate filter sensor (DPF) to 10 N·m (88.5 lbs.in).
