2. Remove the camshaft chain cover (see section 13).
3. Remove the four bolts securing the oil filter adapter to the timing cover. The cover is spring-loaded, so unscrew the bolts while holding it, and then carefully release the spring pressure.
4. Remove pressure regulator valve and spring (see illustration). To remove all remnants of the old gasket, use a special scraper.

5. Clean all parts with solvent and dry with compressed air.
Attention! Don't forget eye protection. Check for signs of wear, scoring and valve distortion.
6. Installation is carried out in the reverse order. Don't forget to use a new gasket.
7. Tighten all bolts to the torque specified in the specifications in this chapter.
8. Start the engine and check for leaks.
