Exhaust Gas Temperature (EGT) Sensor 2 (Chevrolet Captiva 1)

Removal/installation procedure

1. Disconnect the negative battery cable.

2. Disconnect the exhaust gas temperature (EGT) sensor connector 2.

3. Remove the exhaust gas temperature (EGT) sensor 2 from the diesel particulate filter (DPF).

Tighten

Tighten exhaust gas temperature (EGT) sensor 2 to 45 N·m (33.2 ft·lbs).

Tighten exhaust gas temperature (EGT) sensor 2 to 45 N·m (33.2 ft·lbs).
