45. Clean the fuel pressure regulator ring, located directly on its top, from all dirt deposits (see illustration).

46. Disconnect the vacuum tube.
47. Squeeze the ring with special pliers and remove it from the regulator.
48. Lift the regulator while turning it and remove it from the housing.
49. Cover the regulator body with a clean cloth to prevent contaminants from entering the system.
50. Install new sealing rings and lubricate them with a thin layer of engine oil.
51. The regulator is installed in the reverse order.
