Door lock retainer

The front and rear door lock catches consist of a catch with two screws that are screwed into a floating mesh plate in the B-pillars and C-pillars. The door is secured in the closed position when the door lock fork is released and engages the catch.

Electric door locks

Electric door locks use a solenoid valve (solenoid), which is contained in each door lock. The door locks are operated by means of a drive on the inner door handle or by means of a lock cylinder located only on the driver's side of the door. If the driver's door is locked or unlocked by means of an actuator or a lock cylinder, then all doors are locked or unlocked accordingly.

Electric windows

Power windows are controlled by electrical switches and are powered by a motor on each window. Each door has a switch to control the window, and the driver's door has four switches to control all the windows in the car. The windows are lowered by pressing the switch and raised by pulling the switch. The window stops moving when the switch is released or when the window is fully open or closed.

The driver's side window opens automatically. When the switch is pressed and released, the driver's side window will lower and will only stop when the switch is reactivated or when the window is fully open.

The driver's door control also contains a glass lock button that, when pressed, will prevent the front passenger door or rear door windows from operating.
