Removal procedure
1. Raise the vehicle and place it on the supports provided. Leave the levers hanging freely.
2. Remove the wheel. See Part 2E. Tires and wheels.
3. Remove the nut securing the ball joint of the suspension arm to the steering knuckle and the cotter pin.
4. Disconnect the ball joint from the steering knuckle.

5. Remove the bolts and nuts securing the suspension arm to the frame.
6. Remove the lever.

Installation procedure
1. Install the front suspension arm-to-frame bolt and nut.
Tighten
Tighten the front suspension arm mounting bolt and nut to 120 N·m (89 ft·lbs).
2. Install the rear control arm to frame bolts and nuts.
Tighten
Tighten the rear suspension arm mounting bolts and nuts to 70 N·m (52 ft·lbs).

3. Install the nut securing the ball joint of the suspension arm to the steering knuckle and the cotter pin.
Tighten
Tighten the suspension arm ball joint mounting bolt to a torque of 10 N·m (89 lbs.in).
