Valve block assembly (Chevrolet Captiva 1)

1. Install shift solenoid valves SS1, SS2, SS3, SS4 and SS5.
  • Replace the sealing rings of all solenoid valves and install 5 solenoid valves.

Replace the sealing rings of all solenoid valves and install 5 solenoid valves.


Important: Be sure to use new O-rings, not damaged ones.


2. Tighten the 5 bolts securing each solenoid valve.

Tighten

Tighten the solenoid valve mounting bolt to 7 Nm (62 lbs.in).

3. Install the range selector valve.
