Unscrew the hub bearing nut (see Removal the front wheel drives). We hang up and remove the wheel, securely fix the car on the factory-made stand. Remove the brake disc (see Removal the front wheel brake disc). Disconnect the ball joint from the steering knuckle (see Removal the lever).
We remove the tail of the outer joint housing of the wheel drive from the hub (see Removal the front wheel drives). To avoid damaging the outer drive joint boot during further operations, place a rag between the steering knuckle and the boot.
The hub bearing can be replaced directly on the vehicle or on a workbench, after first removing the steering knuckle.
To remove the bearing on the car, insert the ball joint pin into the steering knuckle eye. Insert the tension bolt and tighten the nut.

We insert two mounting blades between the hub flange and the steering knuckle.

Resting the ends of the blades on the flange of the steering knuckle, we press the blades onto the hub flange..

…and press the hub out of the bearing.

Using special pliers, we compress the bearing retaining ring and remove it from the groove of the steering knuckle.

Using a cup puller, we press the bearing out of the steering knuckle socket.
For another method of replacing the hub bearing, we disconnect the shock absorber strut housing from the steering knuckle (see Removal the shock absorber strut and disassembling it) and the steering rod end (see Replacing the tie rod end).
We disconnect the ball joint from the steering knuckle..

…and remove the steering knuckle assembly with the hub.

Using a 5 mm Allen key, unscrew the two screws securing the brake shield to the knuckle…

…and remove the shield.

Having secured the fist in a vice, we strike the end of the hub with a hammer through a soft metal punch and knock the hub out of the bearing.

Using pliers, remove the bearing retaining ring from the groove of the steering knuckle.
We press the bearing out of the steering knuckle socket using a cup puller…

…or knocked out using a mandrel of the appropriate size.
If the inner bearing ring remains on the hub, press it off..

...prying from both sides with mounting blades..

…or using a two-jaw puller.

We remove the inner bearing ring.
Before pressing in a new bearing, clean its seat in the knuckle.

Using a cup puller, press the bearing into the knuckle, applying force to the outer ring of the bearing.

If you don't have a puller, you can use an old bearing as a mandrel.
We install a retaining ring into the groove of the fist.

When pressing the hub, we rest the cup of the puller on the inner ring of the bearing.
Further assembly is carried out in reverse order.
