We hang up and remove the wheel, securely fix the car on the factory-made stand. We remove the brake disc (see Removal the front wheel brake disc). We replace the stud without dismantling the hub, since in this case the hub bearing will be destroyed.

Using a hammer, knock the damaged stud out of the hub hole.
In this case, the stud does not completely come out of the hub hole, since its head rests against the flange of the steering knuckle.

To remove the stud, use a file to make a small chamfer on its head, holding the stud from turning with a screwdriver inserted between the stud shaft and the knuckle.

Turning the stud with the flat side towards the flange of the steering knuckle, we remove the stud.
It can also be used to remove a pin (especially bent) shorten it by cutting the stud rod with a hacksaw or a cutting machine - "Bulgarian", and then knock it out of the hub.

Before installing a new stud, use a file to make a chamfer on its head.
We insert the stud into the hole in the hub.

We press the stud until its head rests against the hub flange, screwing the wheel nut onto the stud through a suitable bushing.
Further assembly is carried out in reverse order.
