Install and secure the wheel cylinder on the brake shield, attach the pipeline to it and tighten the nut of its fitting to failure.
Attach the lever 18 to the block (see fig. 6-18) manually drive the pads and install the brake pads with a spacer bar 20, then put the racks 17 with springs and lower cups, put the upper springs and fix them on the racks by turning in one direction or another. Make sure that the ends of the pads are correctly located in the sockets of the stops on the pistons of the wheel cylinder and on the shield. Attach to the lever 18 the tip 15 of the rear cable.

Install the brake drum, after lubricating the landing belt of the axle shaft (hubs) graphite lubricant or LSTs-15 grease and tighten the drum fastening bolts to failure.
Carry out the above operations for the other rear wheel.
Adjust the parking brake drive following the recommendations set out in subsection «Parking brake adjustment».
Install the rear wheels and loosely tighten the wheel nuts.
Lower the vehicle and tighten the wheel nuts.
Torque:
- wheel nuts from 85 to 95 Nm (from 8.5 to 9.5 kgf·m).
Press the brake pedal 2-3 times, check and, if necessary, top up the brake fluid level in the brake fluid reservoir.
