Please note: this procedure can only be performed with bolted door hinges.
1. Loosen the latch mounting bolt.
2. Loosen the bolts securing the door hinges to the body pillar.
3. Adjust the door position by moving it up and down, forward and backward, in and out on the hinges. See the figure.
4. Adjust the door position so that the door surface is flush with the other body panels with a tolerance of 1 mm.
5. Tighten the hinge mounting bolts. Tightening torque 35 Nm.
6. Install the door latch.
7. Adjust the latch position until the door is securely locked. Tighten the mounting bolts. Tightening torque 24 N·m.
