Except Avalanche and Escalade EXT
1. Remove the rear pillar trim.
2. Disconnect the antenna connector (1).
3. Slide the central locking remote control unit (2) and remove it.
4. Disconnect the connector.
Note: After installing the central locking remote control unit, perform the authorization procedure.
5. Install in the reverse order of removal.
Avalanche and Escalade EXT
1. Deactivate the passive safety system.
2. Remove the rear pillar trim.
3. Remove the rear upper trim.
4. Disconnect the antenna connector (1).
5. Slide the central locking remote control unit (2) and remove it.
6. Disconnect the connector.
Note: After installing the central locking remote control unit, perform the authorization procedure.
7. Install in the reverse order of removal.
