Electric motor of the mode flap drive (Chevrolet Captiva 1)

Removal procedure

1. Disconnect the negative battery cable.

2. Disconnect the electrical connector.

3. Remove the electric drive rod by freeing it from the lever using needle-nose pliers.

4. Remove the electric drive lever.

5. Loosen the electric motor mounting bolts.

6. Remove the electric drive of the mode flap.

Installation procedure

1. Install the electric drive of the mode flap.

2. Tighten the electric motor mounting bolts and secure them.

3. Install the electric drive lever by pressing it into the shaft.

4. Install the drive rod.

5. Connect the electrical connector.

6. Connect the negative battery cable.
