Door lock cylinder (Chevrolet Captiva 1)

The front door is shown, the back door is similar.

Removal procedure

1. Remove the door splash shield. See "Door splash guard" in this section.

2. Disconnect the outer door handle lock rod.

3. Remove the retainer and lock cylinder.

Installation procedure

1. Install the lock cylinder using the lock pin.

2. Connect the outer door handle lock rod.

3. Install the door splash shield. See "Door splash guard" in this section.
