Removal procedure
1. Remove the screw from the lower steering column cover panel.
2. Rotate the steering wheel to expose the screws of the upper steering column cover panel. Remove the screws of the upper steering column cover panel and remove the upper and lower steering column cover panels.
3. Remove the lower steering column cover panel from the instrument panel frame.
Installation procedure
1. Install the lower steering column cover panel onto the frame on the instrument panel.
2. Tighten the screws of the upper and lower steering column cover panels.
Tighten
Tighten the upper and lower steering column cover panel screws to 1.5 N·m (13 lbs.in).
