1. Turn the steering wheel to the left enough to access the left upper screw securing the lower part of the cover and remove the screw.
2. Similarly, turning the steering wheel to the right, unscrew the right upper screw.
3. Using an upward movement, separate the upper part of the casing from the lower part, overcoming the resistance of the clamps.
4. Pry up the edge of the top cover extension...
5. ...and disconnect the attachment from the instrument panel, overcoming the resistance of the clamps.
6. Remove the lower decorative panel of the instrument panel (see "Removal and installation the lower decorative panel of the instrument panel").
7. Remove the screw securing the lower part of the casing...
8. ...and take it off.
9. Lift the top part of the casing, move it to the right...
10. ...and remove it by passing the lever of the right steering column switch through the hole in the upper part of the casing.
