Replacement of auxiliary drive belt (Chevrolet Cruze J300)

2. Turn the tensioner roller clockwise with a key until the belt tension is released...

3. ...and remove the accessory drive belt.



4. Install the new accessory drive belt in the reverse order of removal.

Warning: Place the belt on the pulleys so that the inner grooves of the pulleys remain free.


5. Rotate the crankshaft by the crankshaft pulley mounting bolt three full turns to ensure that the accessory drive belt is correctly positioned on the pulleys.
