Before removing the seat, unfasten the passenger seat belts from the seat shell. To unfasten the belts, press the button on the seat belt release while pulling the belt out.
Then hang the latch at the end of the strap on the hook above the retractor to keep it out of the way.
To remove the seat, open the rear cargo doors fully and enter the rear of the vehicle.
Move the seatback release lever on the right rear side of the seat toward the center of the vehicle.
Then fold the seatback forward onto the seat cushion. To release the seat from the floor, pull up on the center release handle behind the seat, lift the rear seat up, release it from the floor. Turn the seat on its side and pull it out of the vehicle.
