Caution: Before performing repair work, turn the ignition switch to the "OFF" and "LOCK" positions or disconnect all electrical loads, except as necessary to perform repair work. If tools or devices may come into contact with electrical contacts during repair work, also disconnect the cable from the negative terminal of the storage battery. Failure to do so may result in injury, damage to the vehicle or vehicle systems.
1. Disconnect the cable from the negative terminal of the battery.
2. Remove the instrument panel side trim on the right side.
3. Disconnect the connectors from the front of the mounting block.
4. Press the latches and remove the mounting block.
5. Turn the lamp counterclockwise and remove it.
6. Disconnect the remaining connectors from the mounting block.
7. Remove the mounting block.
8. Install in the reverse order of removal.
