Removal
1. Loosen the wheel nuts on both front wheels, raise the vehicle and securely support it on stands. Remove the front wheels.
2. Loosen the steering shaft clamp bolt.
3. Unscrew the nuts from the fasteners of the stabilizer bushing clamp to the front suspension arm (see illustration).
4.3. Unscrew these nuts (indicated by arrows) on both suspension arms
4. Remove the bolts from the anti-roll bar reinforcement (see illustration).
4.4. Loosen the bracket mounting bolts and remove the anti-roll bar
5. Remove the anti-roll bar, clamps and bushings.
6. Check the bushings for wear or damage and replace them if necessary. To remove the bushings, press the bushing fasteners with a screwdriver and pull the bushings off the stabilizer. To facilitate installation, lubricate the inside and outside of the bushings with silicone-based grease. Do not use petroleum-based lubricants (gasoline, kerosene, etc). on any rubber suspension parts!
Installation
7. Assemble the shaft bushings and fasteners on the stabilizer, install the stabilizer in its original place, insert the amplifier bolts, tighten the bushing fastening nuts and tighten all fasteners to the torque specified in the technical conditions of this chapter.
8. Install the wheels and lower the vehicle. Tighten the wheel nuts to the torque specified in the specifications chapters 1.
