Removal
1. Raise the vehicle and place safety stands under the frame.
2. Remove the front wheels.
3. Remove the stabilizer links.
4. Unscrew the nut (1) securing the stabilizer link to the stabilizer. Tightening torque 10 Nm.

Note: Apply locking adhesive to the bolt threads when installing.

5. Remove the rod bolt (3).
6. Remove the tie rod cushions and spacers (2).
7. If the engine sump guard is installed, remove the guard.
8. Unscrew the bolts (3) of the stabilizer cushion brackets.

Tightening torque:
- series 1500 33 Nm.
- series 2500 50 Nm.
9. Remove the cushion brackets (2).
10. Remove the stabilizer (4).
11. Remove the stabilizer cushions (1).
12. Check all parts for signs of wear or damage.
Installation
13. Installation is carried out in reverse order.
