Removal and installation the air filter housing (Chevrolet Orlando 1)

Removing the filter housing is necessary to perform a number of operations in the engine compartment.

To remove the air filter housing, it is not necessary to remove the filter element.

We carry out the work in the following order.

1. We prepare the car for maintenance and repair.

2. Disconnect the wiring harness bracket from the air filter housing.

2. Disconnect the wiring harness bracket from the air filter housing.


3. Disconnect the wiring harness connector from the air temperature sensor.

4. Using a thin slotted screwdriver or a 7 mm wrench, loosen the clamp securing the throttle assembly pipe.
