Air filter housing (Chevrolet Tahoe 2)

Removal

1. Remove the air filter housing outlet duct.

2. Disconnect the air flow/temperature sensor connector (2).



3. Pull the front part of the filter housing upward until the housing is released from the clamps (2) of the bracket.



4. Slide the filter housing forward until the bracket loop (1) is released.

5. Remove the air filter housing.

6. If the filter housing is to be replaced, loosen the sensor mounting clamp and remove the sensor.

Installation

7. Installation is carried out in reverse order.
