Removal procedure
1. Disconnect the cable from the negative battery terminal.
2. Remove the driver's knee bolster. See Section 9G "Interior trim".
3. Disconnect the warning system unit connector.
4. Loosen the screw and remove the rear obstacle warning system unit.
Installation procedure
1. Install the rear obstacle warning system unit and tighten the screw.
Tighten
Tighten the rear obstacle warning unit screw to 4 N·m (36 lbs.in).
2. Connect the warning system unit connector.
3. Install the driver's knee bolster. See Section 9G "Interior trim".
4. Connect the cable to the negative terminal of the battery.
