Disconnect the engine management system wiring harness connectors from the throttle position sensor (see Removal the throttle position sensor) and idle speed control (see Removal the idle speed control valve).
Disconnect the throttle drive cable from the plastic sector of the throttle assembly (see Replacing the throttle cable).

Disconnect the engine crankcase ventilation hose from the intake manifold fitting.

Using a Phillips screwdriver, loosen the clamp securing the air supply hose to the throttle body pipe…

…and remove the hose from the branch pipe.

Using pliers, squeeze the clamp securing the coolant outlet hose from the throttle body heating unit..

…we remove the hose from the unit fitting.

To prevent liquid leakage, insert a plug, for example, an M10 bolt, into the hose hole.
Similarly, we disconnect and plug the coolant supply hose to the throttle assembly heating unit.

Using a 12 mm socket, unscrew the two bolts securing the throttle assembly to the intake manifold…

…and remove the throttle assembly.

The connection of the intake manifold flanges and the throttle assembly is sealed with a gasket.
If the gasket is damaged, it must be replaced with a new one.

A special aerosol preparation allows you to effectively clean the channels and throttle valve from dirt and deposits.
