5 - high pressure hose;
6 - screw clamp 2108-1300080-60;
7 - gasket 1/02824/60;
8 - bolt-nipple M14x1.5 2123-3408070;
9 - oil tank;
10 - Oil tank mounting bracket;
11 - screw clamp 2108-130008050;
12 - low pressure hose;
13 - low pressure drain hose;
14 - steering mechanism;
15 - supply hose.
Unscrew bolt 4 securing hose 5 to pump 1 and clamp 6 of hose 15 and disconnect the hoses from the pump (see figure 5-3). Use technological plugs in the ends of the hoses to prevent loss of working fluid from the power steering system.
Loosen the tension of the accessory drive belt by turning the tensioner adjusting bolt counterclockwise and remove the belt from the power steering pump pulley.
Loosen the bolts securing the power steering pump to the bracket and remove the pump.
Installation. Install the pump in the reverse order of removal.
Tighten the accessory drive belt by turning the adjusting screw clockwise. The deflection of the lower belt branch in its middle part should be equal to 3.15 - 3.70 mm at a force of 75 N (7.5 kgf). The deflection value should correspond to the value of the device for determining the oscillation frequency (120±2) Hz when measuring on the upper belt branch.
