Removal
1. Disconnect the negative battery cable.
2. Apply protective tape around the perimeter of the door and body pillar.
3. Remove the tail lights.
4. Unscrew the upper door hinge roller assembly bolts.

5. Remove the retaining rings from the upper and lower hinge pins.

6. Using a soft-faced hammer, knock out the pin of the lower hinge.
7. Install a temporary bolt in place of the lower hinge pin.
8. Knock out the top hinge pin.
9. Remove the temporary lower hinge bolt.
10. Remove the door from the car; it is recommended that two people do this work.
Installation
11. Installation is carried out in reverse order.
Adjustment
Please note: this procedure can only be performed with bolted door hinges.
1. Loosen the latch mounting bolt.
2. Loosen the bolts securing the door hinges to the body pillar.
3. Adjust the position of the door by moving it up and down and forward and backward on the hinges, see the figure, "Adjusting the position of the cargo compartment door - composite door".

4. Adjust the door position so that the door is flush with the other body panels within 1mm tolerance.
5. Tighten the hinge mounting bolts. Tightening torque 25 Nm.
6. Install the latch bolt. Adjust the bolt position so that the lock completely locks the door. Tighten the bolt. Tightening torque 25 N·m.
