Preliminary operations
Drain the cooling system.
Remove the air filter housing.
Removal and installation
1. (Modifications) Disconnect the low coolant level sensor connector.
2. Loosen the expansion tank mounting bolts (1). Tightening torque 10 Nm.
3. Unscrew the expansion tank mounting nuts (2). Tightening torque 10 Nm.
4. Disconnect the hoses from the tank and remove the tank.
5. Installation is carried out in reverse order.
