Removal
1. Raise the vehicle.
2. Remove the lower control arm crossmember.
3. Drain the oil from the gearbox housing.
4. Disconnect the axle engagement drive wires from the gearbox.
5. Disconnect the bridge actuator wiring connector.
6. Disconnect the gearbox crankcase breather hose.
7. Loosen the wheel drive shaft mounting bolts.
Tightening torque 80 Nm.
8. Remove the front propeller shaft.
9. Place a jack under the gearbox housing as a temporary support.
10. Unscrew the nuts securing the right support of the bridge beam.
Tightening torque 100 Nm.
11. Unscrew the nuts securing the left support of the bridge beam.
12. With the help of an assistant, turn the gearbox down and forward, remove the gearbox.
Tightening torque 100 Nm.
Installation
13. Installation is carried out in reverse order.
