Bridge engagement drive (Chevrolet Tahoe 2)

Removal

1. Raise the vehicle.

2. If installed, remove the gearbox guard.

3. Disconnect the drive connector (1) (8.25" gearbox) or (3) (9.25" gearbox).



4. Remove the drive by turning it counterclockwise. Tightening torque 20 Nm.

Note: Apply sealant to the drive threads before installation.

Installation

5. Installation is carried out in reverse order.
